Each Diem belt involves over 26 individual steps to size, cut, shape, colour, seal and assemble your belt. Are all these steps necessary? Not at all. Do they improve the quality and build of the belt? You bet they do. From slightly reducing the strap thickness around the buckle which allows the buckle to sit flatter to the body, to rounding, sanding and dying the strap edges for comfort and style.
