Refund policy

We hope you enjoy your leather goods from Atlas Leathercraft! Please see below for product return and refund policies.

 Please note leather is a natural product from the hides of animals. During the animals life they may collect small scratches or imperfections in their skin. Atlas Leathercraft does there best to source perfect, unblemished leather and will never sell products with defects that will jeopardize the integrity of the product. However on occasion products will be made that show small natural markings from the animals life.

Belts

Due to the nature of the belt being custom sized for you, we cannot offer a refund due to change of mind.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@AtlasLeathercraft.com within 7 days of receiving the order with photographs of the damage. The purchaser is responsible for organising the safe return of the product to our workshop within 30 days of receiving the order at their cost. Once received and verified, we will re-create the belt and ship to the same address and pay for shipping. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

Missing Items

Please be mindful we are a small handcrafted leather workshop and not a global logistics company. We use Australia Post for all our shipments and all products come with tracking which is provided to the customer. Delivery timeframes are stated with the shipping options and express options are available. If your item has not arrived within the set timeframe please contact us at sales@AtlasLeathercraft.com and we will open an investigation ticket with Australia Post to resolve the issue. Until this issue is resolved I cannot offer a refund on the product until the order is deemed officially lost by Australia Post. The investigation number with Australia Post can be provided if required.

Please note items will only be sent to the address received with the order. However, we know mistakes do happen so if you need to change the delivery address (prior to dispatch) please contact us as soon as possible at Sales@AtlasLeathercraft.com and we will do our best to help.
